Please bring clothing donations to our Eastgate Mall facility located between Dillard's and JCPenney. When you pull through by the wall marked "Area F" you will see our drop-off door and donation bins. For reference, you can ring our donation drop-off doorbell from 9am-4:30pm M-F and we will be happy to assist you.  If you come outside of those hours please use the three donation bins located in that area,  If you need a donation receipt, feel free to let us know.

Note: for our donation bins, we recommend the clothing be bagged, and its best to use bags no larger than kitchen size so they can fit.

Families will be notified when their clothing PACK is ready to be picked up at our location. Please pick up clothing at our Eastgate Mall facility located between Dillard's and JCPenney. When you pull through by the wall marked "Area F", and ring the doorbell marked "Clothing Pick Up".

We serve families residing in Clermont or Brown County in Ohio. There are no income restrictions or qualifications for receiving clothing assistance. Our program operates at no cost to our recipients. 

Important things to note:

• We provide clothing to children only. We serve children and teens birth through high school graduation.  
• Most families pick up their clothing from our facility in the Eastgate Mall.
• Reach out to us if you need help picking up your child's clothing PACK.

It's simple! Go to the tab on our website called "request clothing" on our website and fill out the online form. The form will ask for shoe and clothing sizes for each of your children. Once your clothing PACK is ready you will be notified, and asked to schedule a pick up time. Please reach out to us if you do not have access to internet and cannot connect with the online request form. We will be happy to assist you.

• Please share your child's preferences in detail on the clohting request form so we can make a PACK that they will love.
• The typical turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from the date of the request.  This may take more time during our Back-to-School and Winter seasons.

Unfortunately, no, we only serve children from birth until high school graduation.

The word PACK stands for Personalized, Age-appropriate, Confidence-boosting, Kits of clothing. Each clothing pack includes 5 outfits, 5 new pairs of underwear and socks, a pair of shoes, pajamas, and a coat or jacket. If you do not need certain items, you can opt out of these when filling out the online form.

Children and teens are eligible to receive a clothing PACK each season which is 4 times per year.

• Grants - The generous support of local and national foundations support daily operations, purchasing of new socks and underwear, and purchasing of other supplemental items.
