The PACK Program

You can request clothing support from GLAM by filling out our online form above. The form will ask you to indicate your child's clothing and shoe size. After filling out a request for your child, our packers will create a clothing pack based on your child's size and preferences. Once your clothing is ready, we will contact you to let you know the clothing is ready for pick up! If you have made requests for multiple children, we will only contact you when all of their clothing packs are ready.

We give primarily gently used clothing items and shoes that have been donated to us. Some items, like socks and underwear, will be new.

A clothing pack provides a “school week’s” worth of clothing. Each clothing pack includes at least 5 outfits, 5 new pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of new socks, a pair of shoes, pajamas and a jacket. You can opt out of receiving certain items if you do not need them. Each pack is "made to order" based on your child's size and style preference. 

Each pack is made to the specifications you list, so please indicate any considerations in the Additional Information section of the request form! 

We serve children from birth to high school graduation. In clothing, we carry sizes Preemie through Adult 4XL. In shoes, we carry sizes Infant 1 through Adult 14. If your child needs a size that we do not have readily available, please contact us! 

We offer clothing once per season, and availability is first come, first served, so it’s best to request early! Each seasonal PACK includes about a week’s worth of stylish, age-appropriate outfits for your child.

You can request once per season, per child.  If your child has an urgent need outside of these times (like a growth spurt, emergency, or unexpected life change), reach out. We’ll do our best to help if we have inventory available 

Turnaround times can vary depending on how many requests we’re receiving—but we fill orders in the order they’re received.

When you submit a request, you’ll get an estimated completion date so you know what to expect. Once your PACK is ready, we’ll reach out to schedule a pickup time (or delivery, if eligible). We know waiting isn’t easy, and we appreciate your patience

There are no income restrictions or qualifications for receiving clothing assistance. Our program operates at no cost to you. Although everyone loves the idea of free clothing, we ask that only families who truly need help request clothing assistance, that way we are able to continue serving families with the greatest need. Our only requirements to receive clothing assistance is that you must reside in Clermont or Brown County. We do not offer shipping services.

Important things to note:

• We provide clothing to children and teens only: Birth through high school graduation. 

We partner with DoorDash to provide free deliveries. Families who reside within a 15 mile radius of our facility are eligible for a free delivery. We will contact you with delivery information when your clothing is ready.
